Knowing is the first step – Action is the key

When you know a drug dealer is dealing drugs, but don’t do anything about it, does that make you as bad as them? If you walk in areas of seclusion where these known dealers operate are you asking for trouble?

If you know someone is a burglar but don’t do anything about it, you shouldn’t really be surprised to return to your home and find your possessions missing…or should you?
Do we sometimes leave ourselves open to criminal activity i.e. not locking doors, windows etc?

Crime prevention can be minimised if only we took the time to really look at our daily routines and where appropriate, informing the community of your criminal knowledge.
